FAQs

Answers to common questions about budgets, locations, production timelines, equipment and how Out of Sync works with clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where do you work?

Out of Sync is based in the South of England and works regularly in London, across the UK and internationally. Shoots scale from local interview days to multi-location productions abroad.

  • How much does video production cost?

Costs depend on the brief, crew size, locations, filming days and deliverables. Some projects are lean and fast-turnaround. Others involve wider crews, more planning and more complex delivery. We quote against what the project actually needs.

  • What kit do you use?

We use professional cinema and broadcast camera systems, sound, lighting and grip selected around the brief. Where specialist kit is required, it is sourced through trusted suppliers and integrated into the production plan.

  • How long does a project take?

Timings vary by scope. A fast-turnaround film can move quickly. A campaign or documentary-led project may take several weeks from planning to final delivery. We set timelines clearly at the start so there is no guesswork.

  • When will we receive the final film?

Delivery schedules are agreed before production starts. We work to those schedules closely and keep clients informed if anything changes during filming, post-production or approvals.
